Front Desk Receptionist

As the Front Desk Receptionist, your job is to make our members happy and support the office administrative tasks  

Your day-to-day work includes:

• Be the host of 42workspace
  – Attend the reception
  – Provide an exceptional experience for (new) clients and members
  – Respond personally to near constant member requests and questions
  – Welcome guests and transition them to their host
• Ensure everything is running smoothly and assist where necessary
  – Make sure the cowork space is representative 
  – Prepare meeting rooms for members or clients
• Administration tasks
  –  Assisting in onboarding new members to our computer systems, getting them keys etc.
  – Processing mail and packages for clients
  – Adding items to (shared) agendas, being in control of the mailbox

Our ideal team-member: 

• Lives in / near Rotterdam
• Speaks and writes English. Dutch preferred, not required
• Is pro-active and takes initiative
• Naturally enjoys helping people
• Degree as receptionist/secretary is preferred but not required
• Experience with office software / Google work-suit. Experience with Hubspot is preferred, not required.
• Full-time or part time, minimum 3 days

What shifts can you expect?

• day shifts: 10:00 until 18:00 
• Specific event shifts after work hours
  – We need someone for at least 3 shifts a week (but flexible to do more or less if needed), preferably Monday, Thursday and Friday.
