Crunch Analytics is an advanced data analytics agency based in Ghent & Rotterdam that develops strategies, builds customized tooling & provides training for organizations eager to grow a data-driven organization.

Crunch wants to challenge current conventions by using the ever-growing abundance of data and lever data science, machine learning, and artificial intelligence to create lean & lightweight advanced analytics & AI tooling. Tools that provide better insights and help a person in making that best possible decision or automate certain decision-making.
The startup assists in developing a clear data strategy and infrastructure, that enables business value to be extracted. They build tools that help decision-makers to better understand what happened, why it happened, predict what will happen, anticipate, and automate certain decision-making. Lastly, educating both decision-makers and their teams on the opportunities for Data Science & AI.
Since it was founded in 2016, Crunch Analytics has doubled its turnover every year. The workforce is also growing. The company initially had two employees (the founders, ed.), Today their team consists of 22 employees spread out between their two locations, and they are actively looking to expand. Crunch Analytics set up shop at a coworking space in Ghent, and when expanding to the Netherlands it was evident for the company to continue this way of working. The reason they chose 42workspace is for the energetic community of like-minded entrepreneurs. 42 offers invaluable networking that can easily spark new opportunities. The startup also identified that our coworking space creates a thriving ecosystem that facilities connections.

Crunch Analytics has been a member for over one and a half years. Within this time they successfully managed to organize and host a Data Science meet-up. “We have organized several of our meetups in the theatre area of 42. It is a perfect venue for organizing these meetups.” – Guus van Heijningen Not only is the venue great, but the city is also a hotspot for data science talent, with an inflow of students coming from Erasmus University and TUDelft.
